Meet Pastor Jared

Pastor Jared Phillips serves as the lead pastor of Alum Springs First Church of God with a heart on fire for revival and a deep love for people in every season of life. A veteran, husband, father, and man of faith, Pastor Jared brings raw honesty, real-life experience, and relentless hope to the pulpit each week.

His leadership is defined by a “burn the ships” mentality — a full surrender to God’s calling with no turning back. He knows that life isn’t always easy, but his personal motto says it all: “I may not be alright, but I’ll be okay.” That’s the kind of grace he preaches, the kind of truth he lives, and the kind of hope he offers to anyone who walks through our doors.
